STACK LLP officially opens its doors on January 1, 2026. We’re building a smarter, sharper, more connected way to deliver condo law. We’re excited to start working with you in the new year!

Overview

Graeme has been all-in on condo law since day one. He brings serious governance and litigation experience to Stack, paired with a calm, clear communication style and a sense of humour that makes even tough conversations easier.

He works hands-on with boards, owners, and property managers, helping them cut through problems and get to practical answers fast. Whether he’s chairing a meeting, sorting out governing documents, or stepping in as an advocate, Graeme keeps things simple, focused, and forward-moving.

He’s appeared before all levels of Ontario courts as well as the Condo Authority Tribunal, Landlord and Tenant Board, and Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, representing both owners and corporations with the same steady, solutions-first approach.

Graeme believes good information makes condo living better for everyone. He writes, teaches, and serves on the Board of Directors of CCI-Eastern Ontario—all part of his mission to make condo knowledge accessible, not intimidating.

Smart. Clear. Approachable.
