STACK LLP officially opens its doors on January 1, 2026. We’re building a smarter, sharper, more connected way to deliver condo law. We’re excited to start working with you in the new year!

Overview

Justin is counsel at STACK Condo Law and brings over a decade of focused experience in condo law and real estate matters. He has a knack for finding practical solutions tailored to the unique needs of each condo community.

Justin assists corporations with all aspects of governance, including drafting and reviewing corporate documents and contracts. He regularly provides opinions on the rights and obligations of condo corporations, helping boards navigate both routine decisions and complex challenges with confidence.

A significant part of Justin’s practice involves real estate transactions across the entire lifecycle of a condo. He advises on matters such as the purchase and financing of guest suites, service units and other related real estate matters.

Justin also handles municipal and land use issues, guiding corporations through how municipal by-laws and requirements affect their property.

Before joining STACK, Justin articled and was an associate with one of the original condo law boutiques in Toronto and subsequently was an associate and partner at a national law firm.

Steady, solutions driven, and committed to making the law approachable for board members and property managers, Justin is ready to support your corporation’s governance and real estate needs.
