Levon is a litigation lawyer at Stack Condo Law focused on condo and commercial disputes. He works with condo corporations, boards, owners, and property managers on everything from governance questions and records issues to chargebacks, compliance matters, liens, and CAT applications.
Levon’s approach is straightforward: break things down clearly, get to the real options, and help clients move forward with confidence. He’s practical, detail-driven, and laser-focused on outcomes—but also deeply empathetic. Clients appreciate his calm presence, and ability to understand the human side of every condo dispute.
Before joining Stack, Levon practiced at a national firm, gaining wide-ranging experience in commercial litigation and franchise disputes. He also contributed to a Supreme Court of Canada matter, reinforcing his commitment to clear writing and principled advocacy.
He’s genuinely invested in the future of condo governance in Ontario and takes pride in helping condo communities operate fairly, transparently, and efficiently.
