Additional Certificates

In addition to these regular PICs, corporations may also need to issue other certificates in specific circumstances—for example, an Information Certificate Update (ICU) if there is a significant change to information previously disclosed (such as a new director, changes to insurance, or change in management, etc.). A New Owner Information Certificate (NOIC) must also be provided when a unit changes hands.
