Final Version of New Condo Regulations Have Been Posted by the Province

On Monday, we blogged on the newly released implementation dates of most changes to the Condominium Act and to the Condo Management Services Act.  On that same day, we were advised by the Ministry that the final version of the first instalment of regulations under the Condo Act would eventually be posted on the province’s e-laws website.

You can now consult the final version of these regulations adopted under the Condo Act.  Specifically, you can now review the final language of:

If you follow these links, you will see that some sections appear “greyed out”, while other sections appear in normal font.  The “greyed out” portions are not in force yet.  Much of these regulations are expected to come into force as early as November 1, 2017.
