In this episode, we will do fast and furious refresher on a multitude of topics that keep popping up.  Basically a 5-minute basic boot camp on each of the following:

  • Who is responsible to repair the unit after water damage?
  • Can we still do virtual meetings?
  • EV chargers: do I need a by-law or an EV agreement?

  • Liens: what they cover and when to register them?
