Jacynthe is a senior legal assistant and law clerk at Stack Condo Law, bringing over 20 years of experience supporting condo lawyers and clients across a wide range of governance, compliance, and operational matters.
Jacynthe plays a central role in the day-to-day delivery of legal services to condo corporations, often being the first point of contact for property managers, directors, and unit owners.
Jacynthe provides comprehensive support on condo and litigation files, working closely with lawyers to ensure files move efficiently and that clients receive clear, practical assistance at every stage.
In addition to her broader practice support, Jacynthe has extensive experience assisting with the planning and setting up of AGMs and special owners’ meetings. Her meticulous preparation and steady presence help ensure that meetings are well organized, procedurally sound, and that they run smoothly.
