New Years Eve brought in great news and some bragging rights to the Condo Adviser team!  Indeed, on December 31, 2019, we had the immense (and unexpected) honour of being inducted in the Clawbies Hall of Fame!  This recognition came after having received 3 prior Clawbies since our launch 4 years ago.

For the last 15 years, the highly coveted Clawbies (or Canadian Law Blog Awards) have recognized Canada’s best digital legal publications.  Nominees are put forward by industry peers and winners are announced annually on New Year’s Eve.

Since our launch in 2015, we have tried to bring you timely, reliable and at times humorous advice on a wide range of condo-related topics. Over the years, we have also provided our readers with interactive applications such as our AGM calculator, various Condo Tools, as well many surveys and instructive quizzes. This past year, we published 56 blog posts and were read in excess of 250,000 times.

We humbly welcome this recognition and thank you, our readers, for your continued and ongoing support. We truly couldn’t do it without your support and constructive input.

As we tackle another year, we hope to continue to bring you relevant and useful posts. We also have an idea or two on how to spice things up this coming year…. more to follow.
