The New Condo Act – Seminars for Managers in October

Ready or not, much of the new Condo Act comes into force on Nov. 1, 2017.  Are you ready to advise your condo boards on all of the relevant changes? More importantly, do you know which type of licence you need and how to get it?

Seminar in Ottawa

Condo Adviser is proud to host its third manager-only event to discuss these important changes. This event will be held on October 24 at 6 pm.

In addition to our usual legal speakers, we have invited Nadia Freeman who sits on the Stakeholder Implementation Working Group of the Condo Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario.

As we have in the past, we look forward to hearing candid exchanges between managers while enjoying drinks and snacks.

GTA event

Don’t feel left out if you are in the GTA.  The CAI is holding a similar conference on October 26, 2017, at 11:00 am, in Toronto.

Register here to attend this Toronto event.

I look forward to seeing you at either events!
